Mental Health Act

The Mental Health Act Course, offered by the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH), is a mandatory program that provides an in-depth understanding of the Philippine Mental Health Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11036). This course highlights the fundamental principles, rights, and responsibilities established under the law, with emphasis on the promotion of mental health, the protection of human rights, and the delivery of accessible, affordable, and quality mental health services.
